A team of Westfield Health employees have successfully completed the Race for Life, raising more than £1,000 for Cancer Research UK.
Westfield donated £50 to the charity for each employee who finished the race.
Some had their own personal reasons for taking part in the inspirational event. Marketing Executive Caroline Capper said: "My mum has successfully overcome cancer twice and I took part in the Race for Life to honour her courage. This year was the seventh time I have completed the 5km course and it is always such an emotional and rewarding day.
"My mum is a very brave and amazing lady and the Race for Life is a great opportunity for me to give something back to such a worthwhile cause
"Running as part of a team this year was particularly enjoyable. Cancer affects so many people and I am delighted that we have raised more than £1,000."
Westfield Chairman Graham Moore said: "We are immensely proud of the employees who took part in the Race for Life and pleased to support the charity Cancer Research UK."
