The Institute of Directors (IoD) has chosen Westfield Health to provide an exclusive health cash plan for its members.
The new IoD Health Plan brings together a blend of eight healthcare benefits and services to provide employers with an affordable component for their risk management strategy – and a valuable employee benefit for their staff.

IoD members can purchase the IoD Health Plan for their employees or join on a personal basis.
The Health Plan helps employeesbudget for their everyday healthcare by giving them money back towards dental treatment and eye care.
It also provides fast access to health screening, diagnostic scanning and specialist consultations.
A 24-hour GP telephone consultation benefit enables employees to speak to a qualified GP from anywhere in the world, at a time to suit them.
For an additional premium, members can also purchase optional ‘For Kids’ cover for their employees’ dependent children and/or ‘Surgery Choices’, which covers employees for up to 60 different surgical procedures normally classed by the NHS as non-urgent.
